How to do a Marble Mirror Glaze?

We decided to experiment with the recent trend of Marble Mirror Glaze. For the Marble Mirror Glaze, you would need to make simple royal icing and a few drops of your desired food coloring into separate bowls. Then using the multiple colors of royal icing and dripping the colors one after the other creating the marble effect Into the cake. Marble has become a recent trend for not only cakes, but the trend is everywhere from nail art to stationary products. We used a single layer of our decadent chocolate cake with a thin layer of white buttercream icing, then drip the royal icing colors in a circular motion on top of the cake. As with all kitchens, we try our best to reduce waste. We tried the trick of stacking cake pans to collect access icing on the bottom pan and we could use the access icing to continue the marble effect or use it for another cake!

During this Quarantine there has been a lot of opportunities to help small businesses. We now have a commercial airing on both local news stations, News 4 Jax and Action News Jax. We are also now on Uber Eats available for pickup!

We hope that with these resources of advertising will help us to continue to achieve our goal of Making The World A Little Sweeter!
